This is a list containing all known tapes circulating under two (or more) different dates.
That usually leads to confusion when trading tapes. To avoid this confusion I created this list several 
years ago. 

PLEASE DISTRIBUTE THIS FILE TO EVERY COLLECTOR OF LIVE TAPES!!!!
ESPECIALLY PERSONS FROM WHICH YOU RETRIEVED WRONGLY DATED TAPES.
LET'S GET THESE WRONGLY DATES OUT OF THE CIRCUIT!!!!!

(note: when stating is equal to, the second date is the correct date!)

FAMOUS INCORRECTLY DATED SHOWS:
1)Vegas 3 August 1969 DS is equal to 6 August 1969 DS
Vegas 16 August 1969 DS is equal to 16 August 1969 MS
Vegas 19 August 1969 MS is the same name for the actual 21 August 1969 MS with Happy birthday James Burton)
Vegas 21 August 1969 (DS) is equal to 25 August 1969 MS
Vegas 24 August 1969 DS is equal to 25 August 1969 MS 
Vegas 26 January 1970 ES is same name for 26 January 1970 OS
Vegas 6 February 1970 DS is equal to 5 February 1970 MS (Rick Rennie (who recorded the show said: 5 Feb 1970 is the right date)
Vegas 6 February 1970 MS is equal to 5 February 1970 MS 
Vegas 23 February 1970 DS is equal to Vegas 5 February 1970 MS 
Vegas 23 February 1970 MS is same name as the 23 February 1970 CS (it's a midnight closing show)
Vegas 19 August 1970 DS could be the same as MS or one of the two is the same as Vegas 23 August 1970.

Vegas 21 February 1971 DS is the same show as the 23 February 1971 MS
Vegas 21 February 1971 CS is the same show as the 23 February 1971 MS 
Vegas 22 August 1971 MS is equal to 21 August 1971 DS
20)Vegas 31 August 1971 DS is equal to 30 August 1971 DS 
Vegas 19 February 1972 MS is equal to 16 February 1972 MS
Vegas 21 August 1972 DS is equal to Vegas February 1972 MS
Vegas 20 February 1973 DS is equal to 20 February 1973 MS

in the past there was a Phoenix 22 April 1973 is equal to Vegas 26 August 1973 MS. Now the real Phoenix has been found.
Tahoe 10 May 1973 DS is equal to 11 May 1973 DS
Vegas 9 August 1973 DS is equal to 21 August 1973 DS
Vegas 14 August 1973 MS is equal to 10 August 1973 MS
Vegas 25 August 1973 DS is equal to 25 August 1973 MS
Vegas 6 February 1974 MS is equal to 7 February 1974 MS (most likely) 
30)Vegas 28 January 1974 DS is same as 29 January 1974 DS
or: Vegas 28 January 1973 DS is equal to MS (then I bet See see rider is missing)
Vegas 9 February 1974 MS is same as 9 February 1974 CS 
Houston 3 March 1974 AS is usually a different 1974 show (see remarks)
Monroe 7 March 1974 is equal to Roanoke 10 March 1974
Hampton roads 11 March 1974 is equal to Providence 22 June 1974 MAT
Murfreesboro 14 March 1974 is an edited February 1974 show. only real Murfreesboro that exists is a show from video.
Tahoe 21 May 1974 DS is equal to 27 May 1974 3 AM show
Providence 22 June 1974 EVE is equal to MAT show. (the real EVE contains Bridge instead of Trilogy!)
Vegas 21 August 1974 DS is most probable double. It's either 21 August 1974 MS else 27 August 1974 DS
Vegas 29 August 1974 DS and MS (suspicious, possibly the same! please check)
check your: Vegas 25 March 1975 DS and your 26 March 1975 DS they might be the same. 25 March DS is the correct date.
40)Vegas 28 March 1975 MS is equal to 25 March 1975 DS (possibly)
Pontiac 31 December 1975 MS is same as 31 December 1975 ES, just one show
Fayetteville 5 August 1976 is equal to Springfield 29 July 1976
Atlanta 5 June 1976 AS is equal to 5 June 1976 ES (show was held 8.30 pm so ES)
Jacksonville 1 September 1976 is equal to Jackson 5 September 1976 (Jackson 5 Sep is the right date, see also Across country cd vol 1).
Duluth 16 October 1976 is equal to Louisville 23 July 1976
48)Springfield 19 June 1976 is equal to Kalamazoo 26 April 1977

Remarks:
Note for check for Houston March 3rd 1974:
This is only a legitimate show IF:
There was NO Joe Guercio orchestra, so if they are introduced the date IS WRONG
second check: because there was NO ORCHESTRA, Ronnie Tutt gave a drum roll as opening.
So if there's 2001 A space Odyssee theme then the date IS WRONG!
